Project Standards
We like to keep things short, not complicated, and sweet — here are our standard billing practices, and Project Standards & Requirements for all X Studios™ Projects.
For all X Studios™ Services:
- A two (2) hour minimum is required on all requests.
- All X Studios™ Quotes & Invoices are billed by decipline with Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) dedicated to the project.
- All work outside of normal operating hours (defined as: Monday-Friday 9am-6pm Eastern US Time) will be billed at an 'Overtime Rate' of 1½ the standard rate, per services allotted).
- Quotes cannot be deferred, or split over time, unless noted — in writing in the quote by X Studios™.
- All quotes default to NET30 payment terms, unless hardware is procured as part of the project, in which NET15 shall be observed.
- Traditionally a deposit of fifty percent (50%) is due at start of any project, and the remaining balance due at project close-out; however all Change Orders shall be '100% due at Start', unless otherwise noted.
- No source code shall be delivered, until project close-out, and all outstanding invoices are paid in full.
- X Studios™ offers an industry-leading ninety (90) day guarantee of services as part of our Client Commitment. After day 91, a Service Level Agreement (SLA) must be on-file, or work shall be Quoted as a Change Order.
